How fast does shipping take?
Standard cards (no logo) ship Next Day or 2-Day Delivery, depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Custom branded cards (with your logo) are made to order, so they ship within 7-10 business days after your artwork is approved.
How does the logo upload and artwork approval work?
After checkout, you'll upload your logo — a vector file (SVG or AI) gives the sharpest print, but a high-resolution PNG works too. We'll send you a digital proof to review and approve before anything goes to print, so you'll always know exactly what you're getting.
Will this work with my customers' phones?
Yes. ReviewTab cards use NFC (Near Field Communication), which is built into all iPhones from iPhone 7 onward and the large majority of Android phones released in recent years. Every card also includes a printed QR code, so even the rare phone without NFC can open your review page with a quick scan.
Does this violate Google's review policies?
No. ReviewTab cards simply make it faster for a real customer to open your Google review page — they don't filter, sort, or incentivize reviews in any way, so nothing about the card itself conflicts with Google's guidelines.
What's your returns and damage policy?
Standard cards are covered by a 30-day replacement window for any defects or damage. Custom branded cards are made to order, so once your artwork is approved and the card is printed, it's final sale — please double-check your proof carefully before approving.
