When you order a custom branded product, you upload your logo at checkout. Our team prepares a proof, and once you approve the artwork, we begin production.

Yes. Our NFC cards work with the vast majority of modern smartphones. Customers simply tap the card to the back of their phone, and their Google review page opens automatically. No app is needed.

Yes. They work on both iPhone (iPhone 7 and newer) and Android devices with NFC enabled. For phones without NFC, a QR code option is also available.

Standard cards can be returned within our stated return window if unused. Custom branded cards are made to order and are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival, in which case we'll replace them free of charge.
